• 1.5 cup chicken breast, cut into small pieces
• For Marination/Breading:
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• Salt as needed
• 1/4 cup corn starch
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 cup Panko
• For Bang Bang Sauce:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tbsp Frank's hot sauce
• A pinch of salt
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder

1. Clean, cut and dry the chicken breast meat (you can also use thigh meat).
2. In a mixing bowl, add the ingredients to make the dough for frying the chicken.
3. Heat oil by 2 inches (enough to submerge the chicken pieces). Add the chicken to the dough mixture and mix well to coat the chicken.
4. When the oil is hot enough, coat each piece in panko and drip slowly in oil, fry ingly on a medium heat until chicken is cooked well. Drain on a kitchen fabric.
5. Next, make the Bang Bang Sauce, for which in a mixing bowl, add the ingredients for the sauce and mix well to combine.
6. Finally, toss the chicken pieces in sauce or pour the sauce over the chicken pieces, coat the chicken well and succumb immediately. Enjoy!

Recipe instructions:

• The chicken pieces must be dry for the dough to stick to them.
• Make sure that oil does not start smoking or its cold. Leave a piece of chicken in oil and see if it sinks, then oil is cold. If there is smoke in the oil, then reduce the heat to allow the oil to cool a little, otherwise the chicken will burn.
